DESCRIPTION:Mark your calendars for Saturday October 15\, 2011 to play in the John G. Slocomb Memorial Golf Tournament benefiting SAAFE House. \n\n\n\nEntry fee is $300 per 4-man team or $75 for a single player.  Entry fee includes green fees\, cart\, lunch\, beverages\, team photo\, and a goodie bag. \n\n\n\nWe have two sponsorship opportunities available.  You may choose to show your community support by becoming a Title Sponsor for $500.  As a Title Sponsor you will have your company name/logo prominently displayed at the tournament.  You may also choose to pay $100 to co-sponsor a hole.  As a hole co-sponsor your company name will appear on a sign at a designated tee box.\n\n\n\nAll monies raised will be used to provide services to victims of domestic violence\, sexual assault\, and child abuse in Polk County.
