The SPCA has renovated a 9060 SF facility where they will have more room to care for the precious pets of Polk County that deserve a second chance at a "forever Home". \n\n \n\n Join the SPCA for some Tail Wagging Fun! The ribbon cutting ceremony will begin at 10:00 followed by music\, food\, games\, a silent and live auction\, vendor tables plus raffle drawings for some great prizes. Take a tour of our new facility and visit with the animals in their new environment. This year there will be a dog contest for the cutest and most unusual dog\, so bring your dogs for a chance to win a prize basket. This event is designed for ALL ages so bring the kids and the dog and spend some time supporting a great community organization that specializes in "HELPING THOSE WHO CAN'T HELP THEMSELVES". \n\n \n\n The SPCA of Polk County is a 501(C)3 non-profit organization operated entirely by volunteers and receives no federal\, state or local tax support\, United Way funding nor any support from HSUS or ASPCA.
