Come Clean Lake Livingston

Come Clean Lake Livingston is an area wide event that has two main goals:

Cleaning up Lake Livingston and surrounding shoreline.
Increasing awareness of the importance of keeping Lake Livingston clean.

The main event is a lake-wide clean up on the morning of May 4^th. Teams of volunteers led by community and organization leaders will clean up designated areas around Lake Livingston, while another team of expert volunteers will be on the lake itself cleaning problems area by boat or barge. After the morning clean-up session all volunteers will gather at the Lake Livingston State Park to be thanked with lunch and a program.
Lake Livingston State Park will host educational programs that afternoon; once again door prizes for the "most unusual" trash item will be awarded.
